in both our Albany, NY and Buffalo, NY offices.
CHW is a dynamic
and growing firm consisting of 30 dedicated, hard-working and “down to earth”
attorneys and staff. The firm concentrates its practice in affordable
housing and community development law. The complex transactions in which
we participate involve a variety of subsidies including tax-exempt bonds,
Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, New
Market Tax Credits, HUD mortgage insurance and capital and operating subsidies.
We also represent tax credit syndicators in connection with their investments
in tax credit projects and lower-tier closings, and we assist our developer
clients in all related aspects of their development transactions such as real
estate and title related matters, and construction contract negotiation.
