CHW Hosts Informational Session on Historic Rehab Tax Credits

Steven J. Weiss, Managing Partner, hosted an information session on Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits September 04, 2008 at the Buffalo Club. Topics included the new NY Bill No. A.30000 (pending Governor Patterson’s signature into law), the basics of Historic Rehabilitation tax credits, combining Historic Rehabilitation with LIHTC and NMTC and using master lease structure to maximize benefits.
