CHW Nominated as Business First “Best Places to Work”

CHW was again nominated as a Buffalo Business First “Best Places to Work” in Western New York. Annually, the publication invites local companies to voluntarily complete a Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey, which measures six key engagement categories: communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic and trust in leadership.

Nominees are divided into five categories, according to company size. CHW fell into the “micro” level category (10-24 employees). The firm had an overwhelmingly positive response, which resulted in their nomination for this celebrated award.
