CHW Participates in Affordable Housing Conference

The 5th Annual Upstate New York Affordable Housing Conference was held at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York on September 23, 2008. CHW was one of several sponsors of the conference that brings together housing professionals for an educational program covering a broad range of topics in affordable housing policy, community development and construction.

Steven Weiss, Managing Partner, moderated a session on Mitchell-Lama Preservation Strategies and Tim Favaro contributed on a panel discussing Advanced Topics in Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Following the conference a cocktail reception, sponsored by CHW and Salmin, Celona, Wehrle & Flaherty, LLP, was held in the gallery’s Sculpture Garden.
