CHW Participates in UB’s Affordable Housing Symposium

The UB Affordable Housing Symposium, held April 10, 2018 on UB’s South Campus, convened leading scholars and practitioners across the planning, architecture and real estate development professions. The goal was to explore current conditions and future trends in housing policy, design and finance, and to consider new models for high-quality, affordable housing.

The event also kicked off a new program at UB’s School of Architecture and Planning to design and build affordable housing prototypes for Buffalo and cities like it across the U.S.

CHW moderated the second panel session titled Real Estate Finance and Deal Making in a Capital Constrained Market. CHW Managing Partner, Steven Weiss serves on the Affordable Housing Initiative Steering Committee.
