Robert Tocker joins CHW Buffalo Office

Robert M. Tocker has joined CHW’s Buffalo office as an attorney. Mr. Tocker will concentrate his practice on Affordable Housing, Community Development, Real Estate and Corporate Law. He is a former board member and treasurer for Leadership Buffalo’s Rising Leaders and was awarded the James L. Biggane Fellowship in Finance & Fiscal Studies from the NYS Senate. Mr. Tocker holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics and earned his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
