Steve Weiss Moderates at Rural Conference

The 29th Annual Affordable Housing and Community Development Conference sponsored by the New York State Rural Housing Coalition was held on October 29-31, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Buffalo, NY.  Steven Weiss, Managing Partner moderated a session that discussed the historic preservation tax credit program that encourages private sector rehabilitation of historic buildings and is one of the nations most successful and cost effective community revitalization programs.  Mr. Weiss’ material from this program can be viewed on this website under Our Resources/Historic Tax Credits.
