Steven J. Weiss speaks at City of Peekskill Tax Credit Seminar

The City of Peekskill and the New York State Historic Preservation Office co-hosted a seminar on May 19, 2009 to discuss the Historic Tax Preservation Tax Credit Program. The City of Peekskill’s downtown area was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.  This seminar provided information for local property owners to better understand how to take advantage of tax credits programs in the rehabilitation of their buildings. Steven J. Weiss, Managing Partner, spoke and answered questions on the basics of federal historic tax credits and how to combine them with other incentives.
