Steven Weiss Participates in the Downtown Albany Development Forum

The Downtown Albany Development Forum was held on March 19, 2009 at the Capital Repertory Theatre in Albany, NY. CHW Managing Partner Steven Weiss, along with Daniel MacKay, Public Policy Director of NYS Preservation, participated in a session that discussed state and federal historic tax credits. Several developers, investors, property owners and lenders attended the forum that focused on development opportunities and available resources for rehabilitation of vacant or underutilized buildings for mixed-use projects in downtown Albany.
