Scholarship Fund

CHW is proud to announce the winners of our eleventh annual CHW Scholarship Fund. The Fund was created as an extension of the CHW mission and is reflective of our commitment to the affordable housing industry and community development.

First Place (Tie):

• Adama Diaby, New York City, NY - $10,000
• Betaneya Tsegay, Princeton, NJ - $10,000

Third Place:

• Rashaun Gardner, Manhasset, NY - $5,000

Honorable Mention:

• Philip Georgiev, Brooklyn, NY - $1,000

The CHW Scholarship Fund was created in 2013 as an extension of the CHW mission and is reflective of our commitment to the affordable housing industry and community development.

Through the 2024 cycle, CHW has awarded more than $225,000 in scholarships to qualified students. The Scholarship Fund is entirely underwritten by CHW and we are neither soliciting nor accepting outside financial support.
