CHW Names Three New Partners
CHW has elected three new partners into the firm. Christopher Babcock and Jeremy Root, who work out of the Albany office, and Constance Giessert, who works out of the Buffalo office, have all been named as partners.
Mr. Babcock works with Affordable Housing, Senior and Multi-Family Housing, Real Estate and Corporate Law. He holds a B.A. from Le Moyne College and a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University.
Mr. Root works with Affordable Housing Development, Community Development Law and financial transactions utilizing various tax incentives. He completed his undergraduate degree at Gettysburg College and earned his J.D. at Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a Rutgers Law Academic Promise Scholar.
Ms. Giessert works with Affordable Housing Development, Community Development Law and financial transactions utilizing various tax incentives. She completed her undergraduate degree and earned her J.D. at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
