CHW Sponsors 2017 Statewide Preservation Conference

CHW has again sponsored and participated in the annual Statewide Preservation Conference. This year’s conference took place April 6-8th in Rochester, New York. CHW Partner, Tim Favaro, was part of a panel of speakers for the session titled Historic Tax Credits and Affordable Housing. He joined panelists Julian Adams, Director, Community Preservation Services Bureau, NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation; Stephanie Benson, Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Edgemere Development, Inc.; and Leonard Skrill, Assistant Commissioner, NYS Homes & Community Renewal.

The Preservation Conference celebrates past achievements and also plans for the future of historic preservation in New York State.
